Thank you for choosing AM-PM Serviced Apartments. In order that your check-in goes as smoothly as possible it is essential that we have the following information from you:
Please provide us with a mobile phone number (if you have not already done so). If you have made the booking on behalf of someone then you must provide us with their mobile number and inform them of our booking terms and conditions.
Provide us with your arrival time.
Number of Guests
Provide us with the number of guests in your party. (Most of our 2 bed apartments have 2 double beds or a double and 2 single beds. We will endeavour to arrange for more beds if a special request is made but this cannot always be guaranteed and will usually require giving us at least 14 days notice).
We reserve the right to cancel any booking where this information is not provided to us 24 hours prior to the check in.
For a check in at Kepplestone Apartments the guest must meet at the roundabout at the main entrance inside the Kepplestone development at the pre-arranged time. A member of our staff will then show the guest to their allocated apartment. For check in’s at our City Centre Apartments the full postal address of the apartment will be provided to the guest and the guest must meet at this address at the pre-arranged time.
We have a complimentary airport pick up service if your stay is for 7 days or more. In this event please advise us of your flight details and we will arrange for you to be collected at the airport by a member of our staff.
Your booking is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Payment must be made in full prior to check-in. Please note that we will pre-authorise your credit/debit card details to guarantee your booking, and for any damage or for items removed (see below) for an amount equal to the first days charge. Please note that we do not have the facility to take payment by American Express and an alternative debit or credit card must be provided prior to us being able to confirm the booking. If a cash payment is to be made we still require valid credit/debit card details. We do not take a deposit.
Check in/Check out
Guests may check in from 15.00 hours onwards and will be greeted by a member of staff on arrival. Earlier check in times may be possible but must be confirmed with AM-PM Apartments at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. AM-PM Apartments accept no responsibility for guests arriving before 15.00 hours without prior agreement.
Under normal circumstances the latest check in time is 22.00 hours. This may be extended with prior agreement with AM-PM Apartments preferably 7 days but at least 24 hours in advance.
For every booking a complimentary breakfast is provided comprising of milk, fruit juice, cornflakes, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
Smoking and pets
No smoking is permitted within the apartments or the block. No pets are allowed. AM-PM Apartments reserve the right to charge a £100 deep cleaning fee for any breach of this policy.
Damages and other costs
Any damage to the apartment must be reported to AM-PM Apartments immediately. Guests are liable for any damages, be they negligent or malicious, and will be billed accordingly using the credit/debit card details provided on check in. Guests will also be charged for any items removed from the apartment at the end of their stay without authorisation.
AM-PM Apartments will respond quickly to guest call outs to rectify problems. Where this is an emergency, we will instruct a local tradesman to be on site within 24 hours, though during local and national holidays this may prove difficult. Where the call out is not an emergency we undertake to provide the said service at the earliest opportunity.
Should you have to cancel your booking we require this in writing by email and if the booking was made through Booking.com or some other such website the booking will also have to be cancelled with them. If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in a case of no show 100% of the full cost of the booking will be charged.
At or prior to check-in we require photographic I.D. such as a passport or drivers licence. AM-PM reserve the right to cancel the booking if the guest is unable to provide this.
